Delivery

As we create luxury handmade leather goods, we have different estimated times to fulfil your order, depending on the item made to order.

For Belts and Accessories 7 days. Wallets and Purses 3 to 6 weeks. Day Sporrans and small Shoulder & Handbags 10 to 14 weeks. Large Shoulder & Handbags, Gladstones, Gladstonettes and Briefcases 12 to 18 weeks. This is subject to change based on availability.

We will always aim to complete your order before the stated duration when possible. If we have your order in stock then we will ship it within three working days and advice an estimates delivery date along with a tracking number.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom will be shipped with a next day delivery service or for smaller items under £240 the service will be two to four working days, using Royal Mail 1st Class.

For overseas orders we only use DHL or FedEx.  Both services are fully tracked, fast and secure. We also use the ‘go green’ service DHL provide as we care for our future and yours.

As an important part of our Go Green programme, DHL would like to offer you our GOGREEN CARBON NEUTRAL service, providing you with an environmentally responsible shipping option. Our GOGREEN CARBON NEUTRAL service helps you to combat climate change by offsetting emissions from the transportation of your shipments. All of our bags, briefcases, belts, sporrans and accessories come with a Mackenzie Leather branded dust bag to keep your product nice and safe.

V.A.T. Free

For countries outside of the UK,  shipments are sent free of UK (V.A.T) sales tax but purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
