We believe in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer five years guarantee against defective workmanship and materials.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us immediately and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a full refund. Please be aware that you must return the goods purchased in the condition they were sent. Damaged goods will be deducted from the cost or not refunded at all.

We choose GOGREEN Carbon Neutral taking the environment into account when we send your express shipments. DHL want to compensate the CO2 emission of their shipments with concrete measures for protecting the environment. This service calculates the CO2 emissions of each shipment for you and compensates for these by investing in environmentally friendly projects.

The Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium regulates, preserves and guarantees the production of vegetable-tanned leather made in Tuscany through its quality trademark: Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana //Tuscan Vegetable-Tanned Leather.

The use of this quality trademark is bound to the observance of the Technical Production Regulations that all member tanneries are committed to respect.

The Disciplinary contains a precise definition of “vegetable-tanned leather”, establishes that the production process in its qualifying phases is carried out entirely in the Tuscan territory and provides that strict physical and chemical reference parameters are observed for the leather to be marked Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana // “Tuscan Vegetable-Tanned Leather”. All tannins are recycled and reused making it highly sustainable.
