LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our bags are fully guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials.

As we believe in our products and know these are made to last, we will offer a 5 year guarantee against defective workmanship and materials. Meaning we will happily repair or refurbish your bag in the first 5 years for free if it is due to a manufacturing error.

If in years to come, need your bag repaired or refurbished, we are happy to advise you of the cost of that so that you can go on enjoying your bag for years to come.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Once the return is approved, we will gladly exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

1. Your full name and order number.
2. Reason for the return.
3. Photos of the item(s) in their current condition.

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 2 business days with further instructions, including how to ship the item(s) back to us.

Return Conditions
● Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
● We recommend using the return shipping service we provide to avoid duty/import charges and reduce the risk of loss or damage. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
● Return shipping costs are as follows:
○ UK: £6.95-£19.95
○ EU: £20.95-£40.95
○ Worldwide: £28.95-£59.95

*Please note: Damaged or used goods may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.

Timeframe for Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome within
3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued
to your original payment method.
